October is the new June for weddings in Chicago and Dallas

Over the last several years, more weddings are being held in the fall than in the spring. Some of the reasons for this shift are:

  • Summer vacations often conflict with guests being able to attend the weddings.
  • More brides are opting for fall color themes for their flowers and brides maids dresses.
  • The weather for outdoor tented weddings and photo ops is much more pleasant in the fall than the summer.

M&M The Special Events Company’s in house wedding experts and floral designers annually help plan and design more than 100 weddings with the majority being held in the fall. The spectrum of fall flower tones work extremely well with the warm hues of M&M’s wedding linens, wedding chair rentals and other wedding accessories.

Fashion table linens from M&M The Special Events Company come in a rainbow of colors and a huge array of patterns that compliment and set off the wedding colors. You can rent fashion chairs to match the linens as well as designer chargers and dishes to help set a perfect table.

Wedding tents to accommodate 10 to 1,000 guests can also be rented from M&M, who can also provide dance floors, staging as well as tables and chairs. Your tent can be lighted, heated or cooled by M&M’s tent professionals.

Hotel, country club or other venues’ ballrooms can be transformed into a completely different ‘look’ by incorporating M&M’s  lighting to wash the walls with colored lighting, which can be programmed to change colors throughout the evening. M&M’s creative team can also provide ‘pin spotting’ from most ceilings to highlight your table flower centerpieces.

Some brides elect to move away from the traditional wedding and opt for a theme like a Western Town in Texas or a night club in Chicago. M&M has the props, décor and furniture to make any of the brides wishes come to life to make her special day truly a day to remember.
